Although she meets a stray dog, Max, her only companion, the other kids in the orphanage start bullying her as a team. Harper suffers and loses hope again. However, Etta changes her mind and adopts Harper.
Harper moves into Etta's farmer and she is overwhelmed by the lifestyle difference, so does Etta. The only thing that makes Harper's day better is to play the old guitar that is owned by her father and Etta. One day, Harper decides to runs into the forest.
